nothin like waiting untill the last min, everyone has flaked out on me on the EJS trip so I gotta get this together to tow my own junk there & back!
started with a 93 chebby dually I ended up owning after we straightened out the frame rails on & was never claimed, 18 months later I got papers on it, got about 400$ in it, pretty clean, was a diesel if thats what you want to call what chevy put in there!
2 blown BBC's later I got enough parts to send to the machine shop, another 400$ for 2 "used" motors that were listed as runners on craigslist, one spun 2 rods & a main & the other had 6 bent pushrods & skirts broken off 3 pistons!
.040 over block, .10 under rods & mains, speed pro forged flat tops, lumpy summit hyd cam, street dominator intake, holley carb, HEI & hedman headers.
