pulled the trigger on a new deer killer, the little 62gr bullet did just fine short range twice last year, but I decided to get something to reach out there a little more.

$600 with a stash of good mags. I wanted a 18" or 20" but couldn't find one without a 16wk wait that wasn't $1k+. I'll float it with a long tube, if need be I'll swap the barrel later. I figure it won't be hard to sell this barrel if I decide too, and you can buy barrels just no bolts or complete uppers right now. Supposedly this one shoots 3/4moa with S&B as is :smiley: It has 50 rounds down the tube with a dozen texas pigs to its name.

It is M1S with target crown, chrome everything.

what chamber and twist rate does it have?

I'm not sure on the Chamber, probably SPC-I assuming the early 9.5 twist. Should be fine for my uses with fat boollets. BTHP's need not go the speed of light to make big holes:grin: It's not like we mear mortals can buy the ammo you need to take advantage of the 1/11's anyway. I may regret it if I start reloading I guess.
