:shrugs: It was gloss black and that didn't fly at all
and I like the green fantasco:thefinger::grin: I'll probably end up putting the one off the AR on it and buy some real good glass and a stripped flat top for it

Let me rephrase: A non Tasco/Simmons/Bushnell/Barska scope
I don't get spending a **** ton of money on a scope around here. I have never hunted anywhere in Arkansas I could take a shot over 250 yards. A Nikon Buckmaster is perfectly clear enough for that. $200 would be a stretch for a scope for me.

Cool! How's the build quality / accuracy?

Build is atypical for a Russian gun. Everything is tight:grin: The PAINTed reciever/barrel leaves a lot to be desired and the machining is rough but functional. So far I like it more than my AR-15 and I have less than half the money in it. It is based off an AK so it should be pretty reliable. It supposedly had about 300 rounds down the tube when I picked it up and I have shot about 100 with open sites and no failures of any kind.
I hit a milk jug at about 125 yds with open sites on the second shot sending it into a fine mist:smiley: I haven't shot it for groups yet so I won't swear to it being MOA or 3 for that matter. I'll give it a go now that I have the scope on it and see what it will really do (with surplus ammo). Reviews say 2-3MOA is typical with Wolf so I bet I can shoot close to MOA with good surplus on a rest.
