I work at the Ford dealer in Conway. *One day I saw the sales mgr. getting in this rig for a test drive. *Told him if he makes the trade to consider it sold, next day he tosses me the keys. ;D *Course it was bone stock then, and agood layer of bondo over the entire length of the floor. *I made the front floors out of some 16 gauge and saved the bed floor. *Added an Np 435 to the new 302 I wised up and pulled from the Bronco II project. *Rebuilt the dana 20, the axles, and the brakes. *That was 3 years ago, and things have been steadily added since.

I can attest to that being one mighty nice and capable Bronco.

What many may not know is that John built the Operation Baghdad Bronco, and that one was mighty nice rig too.

For anyone who wants to see that beauty just go to classicbroncos.com and run a search on the above.

We donated a membership to the Arkansas Crawlers to that Bronco but they were relocated and donated it to John :) Glad they did [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Let's see, ran some trails I've never tried before, got to meet some great people, got to see a Hummer smack a tree, damned near flopped the Bronco on it's side. I wouldn't say I was the least bit bored. :D
