For all of those that have been following this, here is a short recap of the 5 hour court hearing yesterday. It was for a temp restraining order to shut the track down. We were not shut down, but did have several restrictions placed on the track until the next court hearing. A complete list of restrictions will be placed on the webpage on Monday, but here are a few that were imposed.
Play day must conclude by sundown April 3rd. In order to meet this court imposed deadline, we will open the gates at 10am and race until 4pm. All trucks must be gone from the race track by 6pm. We must have the track locked and secured by sundown. We need everyones help to accomplish this.
We are limited to 14 races for the year. Basically this means no more races that what we already have race dates for.
All races must conclude and the track shut down and locked up by 11pm on race day. This means that all trucks must be gone from the race facilty no later than 10:30pm so we can have 30 minutes to lockup.
Race days will have a new starting time. Gates will open at 12noon and races will begin between 1pm and 2pm.
