Try to get some flattering pic's of Brian and his rig up on the board, he needs all of the help he can get! Can you photoshop one of the pic's to make it look like he actually made it up Greg's Rock?

Brad, I think it's awesome that you can post video of how to do a trail for those less capable. For those of you who have had to winch over that exact same rock, you need to watch that video a couple of dozen times to learn how to do it.
Once again, thank you Brad for passing your experience and expertise onto the lesser-ette's.

Was that Wrangler Rocks that Gary had to winch up??? Man, I'd think his rig would roll over that like it was a pebble with those giant tires he has!
I still think he should fill those things up with hydrogen, attach a fan to the rear drive shaft and just zeppelin over the obstacles.
Please, no jokes about Tweeder riding "ballast".
Oops. Too late, sorry Tweeder.

Some people don't have a life nor have to get up and go to work, so they have to pick on the poor souls who are like glue to our Club, trying to hold everything together! I'm so hurt! Prop's to Brad, his last attempt looked textbook! A good friend would have edited out the other attempts before posting the video, but we have to keep it real. I was so scared of that ledge, I took the bypass and got stuck!

Did you see the guy in the red Rubicon? Real nice rig. I think he was an MSJ. On the way out to the recovery, we passed him on the road being towed. He didn't look too happy, and as they passed there was some serious clanking and banging going on from the front end.

Posting up to say a "Thousand Thanks!" to all who worked to set up the Recovery Clinic and for all those that provided such great information. I learned a TON. Being relatively new to trail riding and having seen only one recovery (which didn't need to be stabilized 'cause the CJ was up against a tree) I wouldn't have thought about stabilizing the rig before extracting the folks. The details about being trapped upside-down and the new CPR methods were also fantastic. As was the information about gathering ALL fire extinguishers, etc. I could go on and on. Bottom line: Thank you all!

I'm going to take a guess and say your talking about the 4 door rubi?
That jeep shouldn't brake a single thing on it right now! It was built to be beat on and then some. Only items it didn't get were 60's front and rear! Haven't heard about him braking anything or not. But I doubt he did.

what trail is that first video on?
homsley
10-19-2010, 09:19 PM
what trail is that first video on?
Wrangler Rocks. It is at the end of Rubicon Ridge. If you were going down Rubicon Ridge you pass Dozer Hill, Vertical Challenge, then you come to a Y, if you go to the left you exit back to the main road, go right and it takes you to Wrangler Rocks. It is very short, in fact the whole trail is in that video.
