I don't have to many plans for this heep.. It's going to be more of an overland expedition rig than a rock crawler. Hopefully soon, I will be putting on my 3" lift. She's not to fancy right now but I have a lot of plans for her.

Here is a posed shot:grin:

You should pick up the 29 spline 8.25 that lil red wagon has as a pretty good upgrade. It has 4.10's LSD, and a Rockcrusher Diff cover.

note to sound like a nub question.. but are the gears the same? or would I need to regear?.. because I have been thinking about it.. I just need to get back in touch with him and get my paycheck..

Yeah, but it is pretty easy to find a D30 front that already has 4.10's as well. You would actually be better off finding a D30 front out of a Pre-99 that already has 4.10's. Your D30 is a low pinion, and a pre-99 would be a high pinion (stronger than yours). It would probably be cheaper to find a pre-99 with 4.10's than it would to regear your current d30.

If you are really interested in rounding up XJ parts check out NAXJA.org, they have a local chapter, and there are always a lot of XJ specific info and parts on their forum.

Probably going to end up doing quick discos on the front swaybar.
