Got to be one of the first to run the Wheelin' World Off-Road Park in Eureka Springs today. Right on Hwy 23 South. Guy said he just signed the papers on the place May 1st so he has not had much time to cut trails but I had a good time. It is not very big but he has some nice trails already and has plans for expansion. The terrain is a lot like Cass. He said there is some real nice rock gardens but he hasn't gotten the trails to them yet. The trails are not rated yet or maps drawn (since he is not done building trails) This is going to be a great place to ride. He has camp sites ranging from primitive to 50amp pull through with sewer. He said he will also offer campers for rent and planning to have a web site up in the coming month. The number at the office is 479-253-5509

I only got a few pics since I was so busy wheelin'..... and winchin' but I will try to get them posted when I get home. We are supposed to run the national forest tomorrow but I am gonna try to go back over there before I go home.

That's a good bit further away than Cass. How big is it? Can we blaze some trails? I'll bring the Husqvarna.

Just under 200 acres right now I think, but it seems like more than that. Plus he has plans on almost doubling it already. Good bit of a drive but I only used 1/2 a tank to get here. I will be coming back.

Yes that is something else we talked about. He said if some people want to come and help cut trails he would set them up with free camping and have a BBQ. Said if any of us saw a place we wanted to ride to let him know and we would put a trail there. He is a very nice guy and is willing to do most anything.

FWIW, going to Eureka Springs, you wanna head to Harrison and turn left. Coming from the south or from Springdale fawking blows with a pickup only. doubly so, i'm sure, with a trailered rig.

yes there was a lil mud. Very slick that is how I got in my predicament and the reason we got to take an extended lunch while waiting on a chain saw...... but after looking at my pics I am not to sure that it actually happened:grin: But you have to remember that huge thunder storms and tornado's rolled through and it rained most of the weekend.

Yes he has everything from non elec tent sites to 50amp pull-through with sewer I believe. it is only a few miles outside of Eureka then you turn on a gravel drive for about a 1/4 mile.

Wheelin' World is about 3 miles south of Eureka Springs on 23 South. They have both 30 and 50 amp pull-thru or back-in sites with full hook-ups. Also have tent camping and some RV rental's. The number is 479-253-5509 for more info.

do you think I can turn my 48' trailer onto that side road? my parents live in berryville so having this place to wheel would be nice when I go visit.
they are also working on a park north of eureka by lake leatherwood area, the fayetteville rockcrawlers have had a few people head up there.

If you are going south from Eureka Springs the road into the park makes a 90* turn to the left and then angles down into the park. You should not have any problems getting a 48" trailer into the park. From what I hear, the park noth of town at Leatherwood has been a bust.
